Yes! You can cancel or reschedule directly in the app up to the salon's cancellation deadline (usually 24 hours before). Go to your bookings, select the appointment, and choose to reschedule or cancel.
The AI Assistant helps you find the perfect style, recommends services based on your preferences, and can answer questions about hair care, skincare, and beauty. Clients get 20 free credits monthly!
All bookings require a €10 deposit to help reduce no-shows. The remaining balance is paid at the business. Payments are secure and processed through Stripe — SalonSync never collects or stores your card details.
We offer 4 plans: Free (€0 - 1 business, 2 staff, 30 bookings/month), Starter (€29/month - 1 business, 5 staff, 100 AI credits, SMS/rebooking reminders, review requests, client notes), Pro (€49/month - 1 business, 10 staff, 300 AI credits), and Pro+ (€79/month - 3 businesses, 10 staff each, 600 AI credits). Yes! The number of staff you can add depends on your subscription — from 2 on Free up to 10 per business on Pro and Business plans. Set individual schedules, assign services, and track performance. Staff can manage their own bookings through the app with permission levels you control.
Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments. Funds are deposited directly to your bank account. You can also continue accepting cash or card at the salon - SalonSync tracks all payments.
